How much does each request cost?
It's free to use, but since Armacost Library absorbs all costs we ask that you request items selectively.
How long will I need to wait?
From a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Plan ahead; it depends on a variety of things including how much detail you provide in your citation, how widely available the item is, and if you submit your request near a weekend or holiday.
How will I be notifed when my item arrives?
We'll send an email to your myRedlands email account.
How will I get my item?
Items will either be emailed to your myRedlands account, available for 30 days through the Interlibrary Loan website, or must be checked out to you at the Library's front desk.
For how long may I keep my interlibrary loan?
This is determined by the lending library; it may be a few weeks or a few months.
May I renew my interlibrary loan?
Contact us at 909-748-8095 or email@example.com and we'll ask the lending library to extend your due date.
